Electra Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Generators

Carbon dioxide generators operate by burning carbonaceous fuels such as propane and natural gas. The specially designed burners used in Green Air Products CO2 generators maximize the production of carbon dioxide from these fuels and and minimize heat as an unwanted by-product. Green Air Products generators provide CO2 far more economically than any other means of carbon dioxide enrichment by burning either liquid propane or natural gas. An electronic igniter is used to start the flame when the generator is turned on. If the burner flame is lost the valve will automatically close so that unburned fuel is not released into the enclosure.

CO2 Generator operations may be automatically controlled according to actual ambient values when installed in conjunction with the SPC-1 or CDMC CO2 controllers. This control device continually samples the level of carbon dioxide in the growing area and operates the generator whenever carbon dioxide levels do not meet your predetermined values. Generators are easily installed, dependable and efficient. 12VDC Transformer included. Operates on 110 VAC.

Green Air Products offers an assortment of models to fit any size enclosure. See the chart below to choose the model best suited for your needs.

All models include: 120/12VDC 6W .5 amp power transformer with 2.1 mm plug, 20 ft. fuel hose, suitable small appliance gas pressure regulator, and ceiling mount hardware kit. Propane tank not included.

Available optionally, using the exclusive air cooling feature of this generator offers some significant advantages. Foremost it removes unwanted heat before it becomes an atmospheric concern. Secondly it allows you to use this heat in an adjacent area where additional heat is desirable.

Outside air is drawn in with an in-line duct fan and ducted through the Electra_Air CO2 Generator to be removed. The Heat Collection Tube (optional) is installed above the burner flames and absorbs the heat and transfers it via internal exchanger fins to the air passing through the heat tube. Then this air is ducted out of the enclosure.

Replacement Parts
Replacement parts available for Green Air CO2 generators include DC 12V transformer, generator hose and gas regulators.

The DC 12V Transformer is used to power the solenoid.

The Generator Gas Hose connects the generator to the gas source and is 25 feet in length.

The Liquid Propane Gas Regulator controls the pressure of the propane as it is delivered to the generator.

The Natural Gas Regulator controls the pressure of the natural gas as it is delivered to the generator.
