Wiggle Worm Soil Builder Earthworm Castings Organic Fertilizer is an all purpose natural fertilizer that comes to you straight from nature with no alterations whatsoever. Wiggle Worm nightcrawlers are fed a very rich peat humus which contains a wide variety of minerals and trace elements.
The earthworms digest this material and in its' passage through the worm, it is beneficially altered both chemically and physically. The end product is "super humus" which is extremely fertile top soil properly conditioned for best root growth, containing in rich proportion and water soluble form, all the elements required of the earth for optimum plant nutrition.

Vegetables and Annual Flowers
Line bottom and sides of plant holes and seed furrows with 1 to 2 inches of earthworm castings. Set seeds or plants in place and cover with soil. Side dress during growing seasons at a rate of 1/2 cup per plant or 1 cup per linear foot of row once every 2 months.
Perennials
Work 1/2 cup into the soil above their root zone taking care not to damage shallow roots. Apply in spring, early summer and early fall.
Potted Plants and Seeds / Seed Flats (New)
Potting mixes, use 1 part earthworm castings to 3 parts soil mix.
Potted Plants, Window Boxes or Hanging Baskets (Established)
Add 1-2 inches of Earthworm castings to top of soil. Mix in taking care not to damage shallow roots - water - repeat every 2-3 months.
Roses, Trees, Shrubs and Berries (New or freshly transplanted)
Mix 1 part earthworm castings to 3 parts soil. Surround newly dug hole with mixture. Spread roots over a mound of the mix in the hole and cover.
Roses (Established)
Mix 4 cups of earthworm castings into soil 2-3 inches below the surface for each plant.
Lawns (New)
Apply 10 pounds per 100 square feet. Work lightly into the topsoil. Mix in grass seed and water well.
Lawns (Established)
Distribute as top dress 10 pounds per 100 square feet.
Worm Casting Tea
Soak 1 part castings in 3 parts water for 12-24 hours. Stir well and water as usual. Casting tea is excellent for fruiting, flowering or difficult to access potted plants.
Compost Piles
Spread a thin layer of earthworm castings between each new layer of material to be composted.

Mint Compost
This high quality compost soil rejuvenator is made from the leftover parts of mint plants used to produce natural mint oils by the Crosby Mint Farm, located in St. Johns, Michigan, and producing organic mint products since 1912. Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is approved by the Woods End Agricultural Institute (Rodale's) as a completely organic soil amendment.
Ideal for containers and square foot gardening. Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is 100% organic. Ideal for indoor and outdoor plants all year long. Completely odorless.
For potted plants, spread Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator liberally on top of containers, scratch into existing soil and water thoroughly.
For starting seeds, use approximately 1 part Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator to 3 parts of any commercially available soilless container mix.
For square foot gardening and container growing, use a quarter cup per plant when planting. Mix half at the bottom of the planting hole when planting and use the other half around the base of the seedling. Water well. Top dress as desired during the growing season.

Through the Crosby Mint Farm runs a glacier that was formed in what used to be an active running river where the mint has now been planted. The mint is steam distilled at 212 degrees under pressure to extract both peppermint and spearmint essential oils from the mint plants. The by-product, which has been sterilized, goes into a process of untraditional composting methods that have been developed over the past 16 years.
There isn't any blending or adding to the soil rejuvenator, outside of mint plants. The end result is rich black high nutrient compost. Rodale is one of the most difficult certifications to obtain because of the high standards that the products have to meet.
High in micronutrients, Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is completely odor free (sorry, no minty smell), and 100% organic. To use, simply spread the compost liberally on top of your containers or blend with planting mix and water well.

Acting as stimulants, the BD preps are used in small quantities positively affecting the relationship between plants, micro- and macrobiology and nutrient elements, and especially, the quality of vegetable produce.
When utilizing Earth CompoundTM by Progress Earth Organics as a compost tea inoculant, use with any compost tea brewer on the market. For compost tea, use 1 tablespoon per 10 gallons of water; for larger systems use 1 cup per 100 gallons of water.
As a soil conditioner, use at least 1 cup per 2 cubic feet of soil or growing media as a pre-mix. For containers using soil or soilless mixes, use at least 1 cup for every 5 gallons of water, stir solution clockwise, then counterclockwise for up to 20 minutes and apply as a soil or media drench.
For fields and gardens, use 1/3 cup in 3 to 5 gallons of water in a proper bucket, find a comfortable stick and stirring from the periphery create a vortex first clockwise and then counter-clockwise. Repeat this for 20 minutes. This mixture will be energetically sufficient for up to an entire acre of land.
