Ionic for Soil & Coco solution is formulated for plants grown in soil and coco peat and more specifically, plants grown in containers. It contains pure soluble mineral salts and crucial organic components including humates and highly active plant acids. This combination of minerals and organic materials follows the pattern of natural systems and will produce strong healthy plants from a biologically active soil or coco peat growing medium.
This exclusive formulation of Ionic can be used with fertile soil mixes or with artificial (soilless) soils. It is precisely formulated for the needs of plants that are grown in soil and coir fiber coco peat and is heavily fortified with complex organic plant acids, which will enhance the health of all plants.
Available in a Grow formula (2-1-2) for non-flowering plants such as tropicals, leafy salad greens, houseplants, etc. and a Bloom formulation (1-1-3) for all blooming plants, including roses, vegetables, bedding plants, mums, perennials, and others. Simple to use, just add 4 or 5 teaspoons to a gallon (5 to 7ml per liter) of water and soak your containers through. Use either every time you water or every other time. Available in quart or gallon opaque bottles for long shelf life. |

Mint Compost
This high quality compost soil rejuvenator is made from the leftover parts of mint plants used to produce natural mint oils by the Crosby Mint Farm, located in St. Johns, Michigan, and producing organic mint products since 1912. Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is approved by the Woods End Agricultural Institute (Rodale's) as a completely organic soil amendment.
Ideal for containers and square foot gardening. Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is 100% organic. Ideal for indoor and outdoor plants all year long. Completely odorless.
For potted plants, spread Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator liberally on top of containers, scratch into existing soil and water thoroughly.
For starting seeds, use approximately 1 part Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator to 3 parts of any commercially available soilless container mix.
For square foot gardening and container growing, use a quarter cup per plant when planting. Mix half at the bottom of the planting hole when planting and use the other half around the base of the seedling. Water well. Top dress as desired during the growing season.
Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is particularly suited to adding nutrients and organic matter to container plants, especially those that are overdue for repotting or are growing in poor soil. |

Through the Crosby Mint Farm runs a glacier that was formed in what used to be an active running river where the mint has now been planted. The mint is steam distilled at 212 degrees under pressure to extract both peppermint and spearmint essential oils from the mint plants. The by-product, which has been sterilized, goes into a process of untraditional composting methods that have been developed over the past 16 years.
There isn't any blending or adding to the soil rejuvenator, outside of mint plants. The end result is rich black high nutrient compost. Rodale is one of the most difficult certifications to obtain because of the high standards that the products have to meet.
High in micronutrients, Peppermint Jim's Soil Rejuvenator is completely odor free (sorry, no minty smell), and 100% organic. To use, simply spread the compost liberally on top of your containers or blend with planting mix and water well.
