These drippers are pressure compensating and perform well on long runs which may experience pressure drops in the furthest ends. Pressure compensating means that the dripper will give a stated flow rate in gallons per hour (GPH) between a range of low pressure and high pressure. |

Acceptable operating pressure on these emitters is between 7 and 50 PSI with an optimum operating pressure of 30 PSI. Recommended filtration of source water is 150 mesh.
These drippers may be installed directly into any 1/2 inch size poly tube or into the ends of 1/4 inch microtube. On 1/2 inch poly tube, try not to place the drippers closer than 12 inches apart. Black color is rated at 1 gallon per hour, brown color rated at 1/2 gallon per hour. Green color rated at 2 gallons per gallon.

These emitters are non-pressure compensating. Attach directly onto 1/2 inch poly tube or use by attaching it to the end of 1/4 inch microtube. You will get about 1/2 GPH of water for each click. At full open, they will cover a 3 foot diameter area, which shrinks as GPH is reduced.
Recommended operating pressure is between 10 and 30 PSI with a recommended source water filtration of 150 mesh. |

They are excellent for custom making a 1/4 inch soaker line to use in large planter boxes or hydroponic trays. Maximum run is 30 feet with 24 inch spacing of emitters at 25 PSI of water pressure.
