It is important that drip systems use a lower pressure than normal household water pressure (usually in the 60 PSI range) so that the drippers and/or sprinklers operate properly and you don't blow your connections apart. Always install a pressure regulator AFTER any control valves or backflow preventers.
These standard pressure regulators are available in three different pressure ranges and are used only with hose thread fittings and components. Use for drip tape, drip system, micro sprinklers. Pressure regulators should be installed after the filter.
Maximum operating inlet pressure is 100 PSI. Made of high impact UV resistant plastic.
The 10 PSI Pressure Regulator is recommended for hydroponic pump applications.
The 15 PSI Pressure Regulator is recommended for small drip systems.
The 25 PSI Pressure Regulator is recommended for use with larger drip systems and micro-sprinkler systems. |
