High-output fluorescent lamps have a very low heat factor which allows the fixture to be hung extremely close to plant canopy, increasing usable light levels and greatly improving plant growth. An optional set of 24-inch extensions allows your Sun Stand to be raised to a full 5 feet tall for larger plants and collections. |

These kits are offered with a variety of different 4-foot long fixtures and growing tubes. Choose between the value-priced Sunlight Supply Sun Blaze fixtures in a 4-tube or 8-tube configuration; the heavy-duty commercial New Wave fixtures in either a 2-tube or 4-tube configuration, or the high-tech Tek-Light fixtures that combine exceptional quality with sleek styling in your choice of the 2-tube or 4-tube models. You can also choose between cool white 6500K tubes that work great for starting seeds, growing lettuce, spinach, herbs and other leafy plants; 3000K warm white tubes that boost fruiting and flowering in plants; or an equal combination of the two for the ultimate blend of light for exceptional all-purpose performance.
The included Sun Lifts allow you to easily raise and lower your 2- or 4-tube fixture to provide the maximum amount of light possible to your plants. For systems with larger 8-tube fixtures, a generous amount of chain is included to allow for raising or lowering your fixture. |
