These systems begin with Hydrofarm's new Xtrasun® Standard Air Coolable Reflectors. The Xtrasun® Standard Air Coolable Reflector provides a bright and broad spread of light and is fully coolable with the purchase of optional 4-inch diameter duct flanges (available below). Xtrasun Standard Air Coolable Reflectors feature full specular pebblestone aluminum reflectivity and a low profile for maximum use of vertically restricted spaces.
Xtrasun Reflectors are constructed with a rugged pre-galvanized steel housing, and include a tempered glass lens that protects the bulb from dust and water. |

Hydrofarm's Xtrasun® Standard Air Coolable Reflector easily accepts the LGCKT2 Cooling Kit (2 flanges, available below) making it a snap to connect your Xtrasun® Reflector to an optional ActiveAir exhaust fan or inline fan for efficient fan-powered exhaust cooling or heat redirection.
The Xtrasun® Standard Air Coolable Reflector measures 21 inches wide by 19.25 inches long by 8 inches high (excluding hangers), and weighs 18 pounds with the tempered lens.

Each All System Cord Set features a 6KV pulse rated, position-oriented mogul socket, the highest rating of any socket on the market.

To use the Xtrasun® Convertible MH/HPS lamp system as a metal halide, simply set the toggle switch to Metal Halide (MH) and insert the included metal halide bulb. Switching to the red spectrum of HP Sodium is as simple as changing the bulb to the included HP Sodium bulb and changing the toggle switch on the remote ballast to HP Sodium (HPS).
All systems include the Xtrasun® Standard Air Coolable Reflector; indicated high intensity bulbs; Xtrasun Convertible Remote Ballast enclosure (400 watt measures 5 3/4 inches by 7 3/4 inches by 11 5/8 inches long; 1000 watt measures 5 3/4 inches by 7 3/4 inches by 13 inches long) with an 8-foot long grounded power cord; 15-foot long lamp cable with in-line detachable patented Lock and Seal System; hanging hardware; full instructions and lighting recommendations; full five-year ballast component extended warranty (bulbs carry a one-year manufacturers warranty).

This hot new hanging system makes adjusting the height of your lamp reflector a snap! Provides easy vertical control of reflector position to maximize growth with proper light distance. Smooth up and down motion with very little effort required, yet your reflector will stay precisely at the height you determine.
Each reflector hanger will hold a maximum weight of 11 pounds. Two hangers are required for each reflector, with a maximum reflector weight of 22 pounds. Each kit includes 2 SunRise Hangers and stud hooks.
