American Rhododendron Society
The American Rhododendron Society is an international, non-profit organization with chapters located throughout the United States and in Canada, Denmark, Scotland, Holland and India.
Their purpose is to encourage interest in and to disseminate knowledge about rhododendrons and azaleas. The Society seeks to provide a medium through which all persons interested in rhododendrons and azaleas may communicate and cooperate with others through education, meetings, publications, scientific studies, research and other similar activities.

Rhododendron Species Foundation
Between the cities of Seattle and Tacoma is the Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden, which has one of the largest and finest collections of Rhododendron species in the world. Over 10,000 rhododendrons grow in a beautiful woodland setting covering 22 acres. |
