Weighing in at a paltry 14 pounds, the GSF-31M features its own seed plate storage case for safe keeping of the included seed sowing plates. Powder coated for long service life, this two-wheeled planter is lightweight and extremely easy to maneuver.
The unit is rear-wheel activated for positive, amazingly even seed distribution! Includes 6 different seed plates to handle variations in 31 common vegetable seed sizes.
Included seed plate 15-1018-1 has a 9-inch seed drop spacing; plants corn and sunflowers.
Included seed plate 15-1018-2 has a 3 ½-inch seed drop spacing; plants small and medium peas, beans, and similar sized seeds.
Included seed plate 15-1018-3 has 3 ½-inch seed drop spacing; plants variety of peas and beans including baby lima.
Included seed plate 15-1018-4 has a 3 ½-inch seed drop spacing; plants beets, extra small peas and beans, okra, and similar seeds. |

This plate may also be used to plant seeds for vegetable that are sometimes grown from plants, including broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, onions, and peppers.

The All-in-One Garden Seed Row Planter opens the soil, plants the seed, fertilizes it, covers it, and marks the row . . . simultaneously! The adjustable depth shovel permits planting at each variety?s ideal ground depth. Both wheels are CONCAVE AND CLEATED, which means the front wheel will break the clots of dirt and the back wheel will mold a mound over the seed as well as cleat it for proper drainage. Includes a pouch that is mounted with molded clips on the handle bars to hold extra seed, notes, gloves, and other needed items.
The many advanced features on this popular garden tool include a 10-pound fertilizer hopper, with a flow control for fertilizer densities of 1 pound, 2 pounds, or 3 pounds for every 100 feet. This is the ONLY vegetable seeder that comes complete with the fertilizer applicator. A time saver – no need to make another trip around the garden to fertilize your plantings.
