Our shopping cart automatically computes your shipping costs for FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver (3-Day), UPS Ground, or the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
If you prefer to mail, fax or telephone your order, the shopping cart will print a completed order form for you with shipping charges calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt.
Our shopping cart automatically computes shipping costs and is linked directly into the shipping calculators for FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service.
Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled and class of service requested. Note that shipping rates are not based on the dollar volume of your order.
We add a nominal $2.00 box and handling charge to each box of all orders. This charge helps defray the cost of boxes, packing materials, order processing equipment, shipping labels and other expenses relating to processing, packing and shipping your order in a manner that assures your merchandise arrives intact and on-time.
The packing chips we use in our shipments are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. To further our recycling efforts, your order may arrive in a box that we received merchandise in. Be assured that we only recycle boxes that are suitable for this purpose.
IMPORTANT: Effective January 1st, 2007, UPS and FedEx both implemented stringent Dimensional Weight pricing schemes for all ground shipped packages. These changes will significantly affect the shipping rates for large or bulky lightweight items by basing the shipping charge on the volume of the package as opposed to strictly the weight of a package. Dimensional weight based pricing now applies to all ground packages with a volume of more than 5184 cubic inches. As an example, an oversize package measuring 12 inches by 24 inches by 36 inches that actually weighed 20 pounds previously would have been billed at an oversize 30 pounds rate by UPS. That same package will now be billed at 54 pounds.
To determine the dimensional weight of a package, MULTIPLY the length times the width times the depth and divide by 194. The resulting figure, rounded up to the next whole number, will be the billed weight for the item.
We have updated our shopping cart to reflect these changes. If you are interested in placing an order large enough to be shipped via truck freight, please call our office to ascertain availability to your location, as this could greatly reduce shipping charges depending on the items ordered.

*IMPORTANT: We try our best to get same day orders processed if the order arrives in time for processing. However, when selecting 3-Day shipping options, please be advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to process the payment, pick your order from the warehouse, properly pack it in a box, label it and get it ready for shipping.
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may delay the shipping time. If your order doesn't arrive complete, please wait a day or two before calling, as part of it may have been shipped from a separate location.
All U.S. shipments are insured at no extra cost.
We are unable to provide tracking for orders shipped via the United States Postal Service. Delivery confirmation service is provided.
International orders may incur levies and duties by the receiving country. Home Harvest Garden Supply is not responsible for these surcharges and cannot determine in advance what they might be.
Bulky items may be subject to an oversize surcharge from the shipper.
Soaring energry costs have resulted in UPS and FedEx to add fuel surcharges which have resulted in significantly higher shipping rates. Call your elected representatives!
Prepaid orders will be sent freight collect for shipping if appropriate shipping and handling costs are not included with order.
Special orders are non-returnable and may incur extra delivery charges or fees.
BACKORDERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
We strive to keep our website up to date with current stock shortage information. Occasionally, an item sells out before we are able to update the website. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as received back in stock. If a product is no longer available, we will offer to substitute a comparable or better item. If no comparable product is available, we will promptly refund your money.
