Pelletized Dolomite
Garden Lime
by Espoma
®
New and Improved. The finest grade of pelletized, dolomitic limestone available. Adjusts soil pH so plants can get the most from nutrients present. Fine pellets spread easily, react quickly and do not pose the hazards associated with hydrated lime.

It is always recommended that you do a soil analysis to ensure the proper rate of application. In the absence of soil test results, 2.5 to 5 pounds of Garden Lime may be applied per 100 square feet. If possible, cultivate the Garden Lime into the soil. 5 pound bag.

Bonide Horticultural Hydrated Lime Bonide®
Horticultural
Hydrated Lime
Use Bonide Horticultural Hydrated Lime to "sweeten" and help neutralize overly acid soils around Shrubs, Flowers, Vegetables, Lawns and Potted Plants. Additional reasons for using lime include counteracting and neutralizing soil acidity, reducing the solubility of substances which may be toxic to plants; increases availability of phosphorous, molybdenum, and certain other elements in acid soils;
increases microbial activity vital in productive soils; and increases nitrogen fixation by legumes.

Great for outhouses, stables, dog areas, etc. to sweeten areas where waste matter exists. Can also be used to make a whitewash solution.

Bonide®
Iron Sulfate
Bonide's Iron Sulfate helps supply Iron in a readily available form. Bonide's Iron Sulfate works well as an aid to correct Iron deficient soils or when plant symptoms indicate a need for Iron. Use with Azaleas, Camellias, Citrus and Gardenias. Iron Sulfate can also be used to treat Iron defficiencies in turf.
Dragon Iron Sulphate
Note that adding Iron Sulfate to calcareous soils (soils with high levels of limestone) with high pH may not be effective, as these soils may already contain fairly high levels of unavailable Iron which will remain unavailable unless pH is reduced.

Apply Bonide's Iron Sulfate in spring or early summer. Repeat application in 6-8 weeks, as needed, to correct iron deficiency and promote dark green color. This product should be used to supplement a regular fertilization program.

For Flowers & Vegetables, apply at the rate of 4.5 ounces (2 Tbs.) per 100 square feet. Blend into the soil and water thoroughly. For Trees & Shrubs, dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 ounce (1/2-1 tsp.) in one gallon of water and apply to the soil along the drip line. Water thoroughly. For Lawns, dissolve 2 cups in three gallons of water per 1000 square feet of lawn. Water thoroughly.

Bonide's Iron Sulfate is not recommended for potted or container grown plants. This product could stain concrete surfaces such as driveways or sidewalks. Wash or sweep from concrete surfaces immediately after application.

Contains 15.00% Total Iron (Fe) Plant Nutrients Derived From Ferrous Sulfate.

Espoma Garden Sulfur Espoma®
Garden Sulfur
Espoma Garden Sulfur is the finest, most effective sulfur product available. It is an all natural, high purity mineral that can be used both as a plant food to provide the nutrient sulfur and as a soil amendment to correct the problem of alkaline soil.

Espoma Garden Sulfur turns hydrangeas from pink to blue, lowers pH of soil to its optimum range, promotes growth and dark greening of plants, won't burn your plants because of its low salt index and is safe to use around children and pets (not hazardous or toxic).
When used as part of a regular fertilizer program, it can provide a season-long source of sulfur. It is always recommended that you do a soil analysis to ensure the proper rate of application. Sprinkle 3 tbsp. Per 100 sq. ft. (1 tsp per plant) around the root zone. If possible, mix it in with your fertilizer and work it into the soil.

Soil Acidifier Recommendation
In the absence of a soil test, follow the rates below. Results can take up to several weeks depending on rate, soil temperature and timing of application. Reduce the rates by one-third for sandy soils and increase by one-half for clay soils. In general, the optimum range for blue hydrangeas is 5.5 - 6.0, and for blueberries it's 4.5 - 5.0.
