Soil Conditioners

Crop CirclesTM

Coir Fiber
Coco Peat
Disks
An organic potting medium made from natural coconut fibers, this all natural material is not only ideal for hydroponic and mixed media cultivation, but is an excellent soil conditioner as well.

Each Crop Circles
TM Coir Fiber Coco Peat Disk expands to over five times its compressed size, to approximately 237.5 cubic inches, enough to fill four (6) six-inch pots.

Coco peat loosens clay soils and is highly porous to aid in strong root development. It has a soft fibrous texture that does not crust when dry.

The pH of Crop Circles
TM Coir Fiber Coco Peat ranges between 5.0 and 6.5, making it ideal as a soil amendment. Crop CirclesTM are free from weed seeds or diseases, and can be used as a peat moss replacement in potting mixes or alone as a potting medium.
Crop Circles Premium Quality Expanding Coco Peat Disks

Crop Circles Expanding Coir Fiber Coco Peat Substrate

Crop Circles Premium Quality Expanding Coco Peat Loose
Crop CirclesTM Coir Fiber Coco Peat Disks are a shredded form of coco, as opposed to the coffee ground consistancy of competitive products, which results in a much higher air to water ratio, extremely important for healthy root development. As a result, Crop Circles promote stronger root systems with better nutrient absorption resulting in excellent growth and plant formation.

Crop Circles
TM are entirely organic and manufactured from renewable resources. Washed and pH balanced so you can begin fertilization immediately. The fibrous material settles faster after planting, absorbs water easily at all times and has optimal drainage characteristics so the medium always stays extremely airy. It's structure holds up throughout cultivation, with minimal settling.

To use, simply fill a bucket with 1/2 gallon of water, and place one Crop Circle
TM in the bucket for 1 hour. The disk will slowly dissolve and coconut fibre will be ready to use. Can also be mixed with any other growing media such as perlite, grow rocks or potting soil to make the final growing mix.

Crop Circles
TM are available by the individual Crop CircleTM, which expand to approximately 237.5 cubic inches, or .88 of a Dry U.S. Gallon; by a pack of 5 Crop CirclesTM, which expand to approximately 1187.5 cubic inches, or 4.42 Dry U.S. Gallons; and a pack of 20 Crop CirclesTM, which expand to approximately 4,750 cubic inches, or 17.67 Dry U.S. Gallons. Just place the disk in your container, water using your standard fertilizer regiment, and start cultivating!

Mosser-Lee
Long-Fibered
Sphagnum
Moss

Hi! I'm Mosser Lee's Long-Fibered Sphagnum Moss.

Many people often confuse me with my Uncle Peat, who shares my name. Uncle Peat is much older than I am. As a matter of fact, he has been dead for centuries and centuries. I'm a live perennial and actually grow wild in the bogs in Central Wisconsin.
Long-Fiber Sphagnum Moss
I can absorb and retain up to 20 times my weight in water. That's twice as much as a sponge! I am also so clean that bacteria and other little creatures, harmful to plants, can't live in me.

Because of my unique qualities, many people use me to line hanging baskets, to mix with soil, to root bulbs and cuttings, to airlayer plants and to keep roots moist and cool when transplanting. Interior landscapers like me so much that they decorate the top soil or large potted trees with my long strands. Not only do I look good, but I help retain the moisture in the soil.

I'm so proud of what I can do for the home gardener that I am available in a 432 cubic inch bag, and a 2 cubic foot bale.
