Available in 400 watt and 1000 watt metal halide configurations, Sun System I Sun Gro indoor plant grow light systems incorporate the popular Sun Gro Reflector with excellent light uniformity. The Sun Gro reflector measures 20.5 inches long by 20.75 wide, is constructed of white powder coated steel, and includes a spectral pebble aluminum insert which increases light output by 30%. |

Adding optional duct adaptors (available below) and an optional heat exhaust fan allows you to redirect or exhaust excess heat from the Sun Gro Reflector with standard 4 inch dryer ducting, including the capability to exhaust multiple lamps in-line through a single exhaust fan.

Sun System I Remote Ballasts are easily converted to 240V operation utilizing the patent pending MVP Multi-Volt Powercord feature. Simply purchase the optional 240V MVP Power Cord (available below) and plug it into the ballast. No other changes are necessary to power your Sun System 1 Remote Ballast on a 240V power source. This innovative UL Listed single receptacle technology is completely safe and easy to use. |

Hortilux Metal Halide Bulb
Included with this system is the new Hortilux High Output Metal Halide grow lamp. Spectrally enhanced specifically for vegetative plant growth, Hortilux Metal Halide is an excellent halide bulb for all-purpose growth, producing short stocky plants like those grown outdoors.
The 400 watt Hortilux Metal Halide bulb produces 39,000 initial lumens and has a rated lifespan of 20,000 hours and the 1000 watt Hortilux Metal Halide bulb produces 115,000 initial lumens with an average lifespan of 12,000 hours. |
